Archway

About

Built by operators who think identity work should be reusable

Archway exists because repeated submission work still runs on spreadsheets, shared drives, email chains, and memory. We are building the system we think compliance, legal, and operations teams should have had from the start.

Operating thesis

The product should make repeated identity work less fragile

Our view is simple: institutional identity and onboarding should be structured once, reused across workflows, and preserved with enough history that refresh never feels like starting from scratch.

Workflow first

Archway is designed around how submission work actually gets done: gather facts, assemble evidence, map to counterparty requests, and keep a durable history.

Built with operators

The product is meant to feel useful early for the teams already carrying repeated onboarding, remediation, and refresh work across counterparties.

Controlled by default

Identity records, supporting documents, and audit history need to be reviewable, secure, and structured enough to reuse without losing context.

Want to see how the team thinks about your workflow?

The most useful next step is a direct conversation about how your team handles submission work today, where the repetition shows up, and what a focused first rollout would look like.
